What is the Supplies Award?

The "Nikkan Jidosha Shinbun Automotive Parts Awards" were established in 1987 with the aim of proposing a diverse and fulfilling car life to car users, as well as contributing to the promotion of automotive parts sales and the development of the industry. This year marks the 39th awards ceremony.
The selection criteria include car accessories in various categories that were announced and released between April 2025 and June 2026 and attracted attention. The winners of each award will be determined based on the results of a survey conducted with the cooperation of car accessory retailers. A "Nikkan Jidosha Shinbun Car Accessories Awards 2026 Selection Committee" has been established within the company to make the selections. The evaluation will be comprehensive, taking into account not only sales volume, but also product development ideas, topicality, contribution to the industry, and social context.
